Mark Mallen lives in Boulder, Colorado, is the owner of Glacier Ice Cream and Rocket CBD, and is a member of the anti-homeless group Safer Boulder.
Mark believes that Attention Homes, the youth based homelessness program that services people aged 12-24 is a “progressive project to bring out of town trouble makers to Boulder.”
While Mark is not a frequent poster in Safer Boulder, he has flyered for the group and held a meeting at his store, Glacier Ice Cream.
